great staff but limited dining options

The staff were incredibly accommodating and treated my family with exceptional kindness. They even went above and beyond for my nephew, making him feel celebrated as a country music artist. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches like providing extra amenities in our Queen Room with Two Queen Beds.

The only dining option available was Starbucks, which felt restrictive for a longer stay.

Take advantage of the complimentary attraction tickets offered. they're a great way to experience local events and attractions without added cost.

absolutley not what I woudl ve expected. the only food option is Starbucks, what fun is that? charged for breakfast even though I thought it was included. Then faced staff who seemed annoyed I wanted to dine in after driving for hours. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t!

I loved the country theme of this hotel! With a comfortable bed and conveniently close to exciting stockyard activities, it felt like the perfect getaway. The friendly staff even provided thoughtful touches like makeup wipes in the bathroom. A special thanks to Lori for making our stay memorable!

Just downstairs, we enjoyed the local cowboy museums and fun shops, and my grandson loved the vibrant energy of the Stockyards. The bed was super comfortable, making for a great family stay.

My wife says that having only Starbucks as the dining option made it tough for our big family.

We faced an issue with the valet during an emergency. They were not responsive when we needed our car quickly, which was frustrating and concerning at the time.

Had a lovely stay. loved the roomy accommodations and especially enjoyed the fabulous shampoo and conditioner. Only downside was the temperature of the shower was hard to regulate.

Blissfully comfortable bed, but not very sound-proofed against traffic noise.
